ALS Main and Transit LLC, a property management affiliate, filed a suit against MedMen for approximately $70,000 after evicting the company on August 5, 2024. MedMen, which filed for bankruptcy in April, had moved into the Williamsville location in 2019. The eviction notice was posted by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office, marking another setback for the once-prominent cannabis company.
