Workers at marijuana product manufacturer CannaPunch Brands in Las Vegas voted to join United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 711. This 32-member unit is the first cannabis processor in Nevada to unionize with UFCW Local 711.

In Littleton, Colorado, a 19-member team at Silver Stem Fine Cannabis retail store voted to join UFCW Local 7. This reflects a growing trend of cannabis workers seeking union representation across the country.
